How to Use AI to Post on Social Media Every Day for Your Tax Business

Most tax pros know they should be posting on social media.

The problem was never the strategy. It is the time. Content is the first thing that dies when returns are stacked up, and it stays dead until the season you needed it most is over.

So stop planning to do it yourself. Set up an AI that does it every day, in your voice, on your brand, whether you are busy or not. That is what we built in one of our Friday sessions, live, and the setup is simpler than it sounds.

The setup is three files, not thirty prompts

The mistake most people make is prompting from scratch every time: "write me a post about the tax deadline." Generic in, generic out, and it still costs you twenty minutes a day.

The system that works inverts it. You spend one session giving the AI context, and then it never asks again. Three files do the work: one that captures your business, one that captures your voice, and one that captures exactly who your ideal client is and what they worry about. The AI interviews you to build them, you answer questions for a few minutes, and from that point every piece of content it produces already knows your practice.

Then comes the part that makes the daily posts actually look like yours: design references. You show it carousels and posts you love, plus your own best performers, and it extracts the colors, the type, the layout patterns into a design system. Without this step, AI content has that unmistakable generic look. With it, your posts look like your brand made them.

The autopilot part

The last piece is scheduling. Instead of you remembering to ask for content, the system runs on a recurring schedule and has the day's carousel waiting for you. Your only job is a thirty-second review before it posts, which is exactly where a professional's judgment belongs in a compliance-sensitive industry.

By the end of the session, the room had the folders built, the context files written, and the first carousels generated. A working in-house marketer, set up in an hour, that costs nothing per month and never gets tired of posting.

Get the full setup

The full session, the replay, and both prompts are free here: the context interview that builds your three files and the design system builder that makes the output look like you.

The replay shows you the setup. The live room got their actual folders reviewed and their questions answered before the call ended, and that part does not transfer to a recording. Every Friday at 12pm ET we build the next system, live and free, and you keep every prompt. Save your seat for this Friday.
