Most tax pros already know ten people who could fill their January calendar.
The barber. The gym owner. The church group. The old coworkers. People who talk to your ideal clients every single day, and who would happily send them your way.
So why does the ask never happen? Because you do not have a number, a pitch, or anything to hand them. The idea stalls at the awkward part, every year, and the referrals that should have been yours go to whoever asked first.
One of our Friday sessions built all of it in one sitting, with AI doing the heavy lifting.
Start with the math, not the pitch
The system starts by doing the arithmetic out loud. Your goal for next season, minus last season, is the number of new clients you need. A solid ambassador realistically brings eight to fifteen people, which tells you how many ambassadors to recruit. And what you pay per completed return, times the goal, tells you what the whole program costs and what each new client runs you.
Seeing the math changes the ask. You are no longer vaguely hoping people mention you. You are recruiting a specific number of people for a specific role with specific pay.
And one line in the pay structure is not negotiable: ambassadors are paid per completed return, never tied to refund size. Referrals only. No tax advice, no client documents, no promises about outcomes. That is what keeps the program clean and keeps your license out of other people's mouths.
What the session actually built
With the math set, AI produced the entire recruiting operation: a one-page pitch written from the ambassador's side, what is in it for them. A recruiting post for social. The text message you can send tonight to someone you already know. Eight application questions with a simple scoring rubric, and six interview questions with examples of what a great answer sounds like.
Then the part most referral programs skip: the day-one kit. A flyer, five ready-to-post captions, two text scripts they can forward to a friend, a six-question FAQ, a thirty-day training plan at twenty minutes a week, and a plain-English list of what they must never say. An ambassador with tools in hand refers. An ambassador with a handshake forgets by Tuesday.
Get the prompts, or get in the room
The full session, the replay, and all three prompts are free here: the business file builder, the recruiting kit, and the day-one toolkit with the training plan.
The replay shows the system. The room got the math run on their actual numbers and left with a pitch naming their actual people. Every Friday at 12pm ET we build the next system, live and free, and you keep every prompt. Save your seat for this Friday.
